Staff

All of our staff are enthusiastic and sensitive to the needs of the children in our care and since the staff at Villa Kindergarten Early Learning Day Care Centre are qualified, you can rest assured that your child will receive plenty of individual attention in order to fulfill his or her individual potential.

Guidelines laid down by national and local government are strictly adhered to at all times and this diligence was rewarded when Villa Kindergarten Early Learning Day Care Centre was awarded a Quality Assurance Certificate, after an inspection by the very eminent Dr J Eric Wilkinson Bask M Ed PhD C Psychol, a child care expert from the Department of Education at Glasgow University.

Staff work very well as a team and support each other. The fact that we have a low staff turn over is of great benefit to children, parents and staff in ensuring continuity of care.

Staff understand the importance of Continuous Professional Development and attend regular training to ensure skills and knowledge is kept up to date and children are given the best possible care and support at all times.
